when given a NfsSymlinkTargetName EA on create, marshall the unicode target name to the daemon, which issues a CREATE rpc to create the symlink
modified the driver's marshall_unicode_as_utf8() function to handle the NULL string buffer for non-symlink opens

it was wrong to append the timestamp to create a silly renamed name
because it was not a reproducable name.
instead, take an fh and md5(fh) then append as before.
on creation of a new superblock, construct a bitmap for the default attribute mask to be used for GETATTR and READDIR requests on that filesystem. mask out any unsupported attributes, and store the bitmap in the field nfs41_superblock.default_getattr
replaced function init_getattr_request() with nfs41_superblock_getattr_mask(), which returns a copy of superblock->default_getattr
removed the locking in nfs41_superblock_supported_attrs() and nfs41_superblock_supported_attrs_exclcreat(), as the supported_attrs and suppattr_exclcreat fields are read-only after the superblock is first initialized. also factored out their common code into a bitmap_intersect() function in util.h

instead of appending a fh value when creating a silly rename name,
we'll append a timestamp. using fh value was problematic because
it was creating a filename longer than 64char long which is
currently out max_filename_size.
we were previously only verifying that the server didn't reboot between WRITEs. COMMIT returns a verifier that needs to be checked as well

to determine that the daemon has restarted -- rather that daemon is receiving upcalls from the kernel that were processed by the old instance of the daemon -- add a version to the upcall mechanism.
when daemon starts up it generates a version number (just a timestamp). it passes this value to the driver on start up via "start_ioctl" downcall. the driver saves that value in its device extensions. it uses that value in the mount and shtudown upcalls.
when daemon replies to the mount command it again sends its version as a part of the reply. this reply is stored in driver;s netroot extensions. the driver uses netroot's value in each upcall to the daemon.
if the daemon receives an upcall for an operation where the included version does not equal to the its current version, it fails the upcall (error_code=116).
a restart of the daemon would change driver's device extension value which the driver will then use in the new mount upcalls that would establish new sessions. then the correct daemon version would be returned as a part of the mount downcalled and saved in the netroot.
because we no longer have to convert strings from unicode, we can avoid copying them out of the upcall buffer
